Final Terms
an SVIN Original
What gets agreed when everyone stops posturing.
Coming soon, early 2027
The premise
Final Terms covers every kind of capital: angels, venture funds, family offices, LPs, private equity, sovereign funds and corporate investors. Each episode sits with one investor and one deal they can discuss on the record: what they saw, what they doubted, what got argued about, and what was agreed in the end. It also covers the deals they walked away from.
Format
30 minute filmed conversations. Monthly at launch.
- The memo: the core of the case they made internally, as far as they are cleared to share.
- The doubt: the strongest argument against the deal.
- The walk-away: one deal they declined and how it turned out.
- Next check: what a founder would need to show them now.
Hosted by Keith Koo. Produced by Henry Finn.
Nothing in Final Terms is investment advice or an offer of securities.
